A change in the Nokia Siemens Networks Board of Directors: Rudi Lamprecht replaces Peter Löscher in the Board of Nokia Siemens Networks
Espoo, Finland - Rudi Lamprecht, 58, member of the Corporate Executive Committee of Siemens AG, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Nokia Siemens Networks B.V., effective as of September 30, 2007. He replaces Peter Löscher, 50, President and CEO of Siemens AG, who resigned from the Board of Nokia Siemens Networks effective the same day.
After the changes, the Board of Nokia Siemens Networks consists of the following seven members: Nokia President and CEO, Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo (Chairman of the Nokia Siemens Networks Board); Siemens CFO, Joe Kaeser; Member of the Siemens Corporate Executive Committee, Rudi Lamprecht; Member of the Siemens Managing Board, Eduardo Montes; Head of Nokia Technology Platforms, Niklas Savander; Nokia CFO, Rick Simonson; and Head of Nokia Operational Human Resources, Juha Äkräs.
