Xs++ 3.0 (sinyar) Beta Released

Top firmware boffins gbrooks3 and jaghetrfredrik have released XS++ 3.0 (Sinyar) Beta. Features include:

- FSX 2nd Generation Added
- Full FS Explorer: Upload single files, upload multiple files (Drag and Drop), delete files, make dir, browse FS
- Added unlocked DB2000 CID49 loaders
- Richedit replaces ListBox log - colourful!
- Resize of dialog when entering FSX
- CID-upgrade for DB2020 CID49 & CID51
- Programming Enviroment Migration to 'Orcas'
