Utec is a popular name in Taiwan and they have many phones in their portfolio...many nice ones and many ugly ones as well. I would classify this one as a nice looking phone. The phone has a clamshell form factor and has an all white design with chrome accents. I would say this phone has a very Japanese design. The phone features a 1.3 mega pixel camera and microSD slot.
