Hop-on Brings Back Disposable Cell Phone for Use on Verizon’s Open Network

Wireless’ announcement that it will allow outside phone and mobile devices to connect to their network.

The stylish disposable phone is ideal for kids, teens, seniors, tourist, vacationers, business travelers and people with credit challenges. Hop-on’s disposable cell phone, called “The Graffiti,” will be sold for under $50 through Hop-on’s wholly owned subsidiary, Graffiti Wireless. The Graffiti phone will initially be sold to distributors, with additional long term branding opportunities available.

“Hop-on’s disposable cell phone is the perfect low-cost solution for anyone who may need to occasionally use a cell phone but doesn’t want the commitment with a contract” says president Peter Michaels. “Some people just want to make a simple phone call and they don’t need all the bells and whistles associated with a fancy phone or a regular calling plan. Now that Verizon will be opening their networks to other devices, the market for our low-price, high-quality phones will increase dramatically.” Michaels also stated “The disposable phone is a great way for carriers to add customers onto their networks.”

Using the nation’s largest communications network, Hop-on’s disposable phone makes it an excellent choice as a back-up phone to store away in case of emergencies. The phone also features an internal tracking device, which makes it a great tool to monitor kids and teens. The lack of contracts make Hop-on’s disposable phone an affordable option for the credit challenged and the environmentally conscious will be happy to know that the disposable phone is easily recycled for a rebate reward from Hop-on.
