Real or fake Sony Ericsson phone

Here is a pic of a Sony Ericsson phone with some huge wheel dial on the front and huge screen. It has a front camera for video calls and it's probably a slider. This was sent to me by an anonymous source. Real or fake? I am guessing it's just a photoshop.
