Motorola Declares Quarterly Dividend
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – 31 January 2008 – Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 5 cents ($0.05) per share, payable in cash on April 15, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2008.
This will be Motorola’s 244th consecutive quarterly dividend.
