Motorola Declares Quarterly Dividend
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 5 cents ($0.05) per share, payable in cash on October 15, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2008.
This will be Motorola’s 246th consecutive quarterly dividend.
