PlayNow Arena will start on August 25

Starting Online music store PlayNow Arena from Sony Ericsson will be held August 25 in the Nordic countries. Initially, the service will offer 1 million music tracks without DRM-protection from such labels as Sony BMG, Warner Music and EMI. Later the number of songs planned to increase to 5 million. Also in PlayNow Arena will be available games, ringtones, applications and printing of content for mobile phones. By year end, the service will be launched in other European countries, and in 2009 - and all over the world. The cost of one track in PlayNow Arena will be 0.99 euros.
