China-based Huawei wins 4G/LTE commercial contract from TeliaSonera

Huawei Technologies has announced that it has been chosen by TeliaSonera, a telecoms operator in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries, to supply commercial 4G/LTE network equipment, in Oslo, Norway.

Under the agreement, Huawei provides an end-to-end LTE solution including LTE base stations, core network and operating support system (OSS) covering Oslo. Huawei also provides services including network design, implementation, systems integration and support.
