Laptops Fujitsu Siemens wins iF product design award 2009
Recently it was reported that Fujitsu Siemens Computers won iF product design award 2009 for the design of a series of professionalnh notebooks and ESPRIMO Mobile Tablet notebook for medical workers ESPRIMO MA. These awards prove the appropriateness of investment Fujitsu Siemens Computers in innovative design.
Fujitsu Siemens introduced its new design concept, called "Core & Shell" ( «core and shell»), in spring 2008. Under this concept, all the interfaces of the machine, be it a server, desktop PC, laptop, or even a mouse and flash drive, located on a black background, representing «kernel»; all ports and the card reader at the front of your PC or laptop. Black «kernel» is «shell», different in color or material.
The new language of design throughout the home and professional products has been the result of a two-year multidisciplinary project of Fujitsu Siemens Computers. In this work, a team of designers Fujitsu Siemens Computers have helped the two partners and the international design agency - IDEO and LUNAR. As a result, Fujitsu Siemens Computers became the first European IT companies, will create a single design for all its product lines. The most vivid expression of the language of design was in line of business notebooks ESPRIMO Mobile.
