Acer is set to make strong inroads into the global smartphone market, leveraging its competitive advantage in the Windows CE-based PC market, according to Stan Shin, founder of the Acer Group.
Shih made the remarks as Acer is launches its own-brand smartphones at the ongoing Mobile World Congress (MWC).
