End of Service & Support (EOS) Announcement for Software Versions of Huawei GBSS 6.1&7.0 Solution

Huawei wishes to inform you that the software versions of Huawei GBSS 6.1&7.0 solution will reach their End of Full Support date (EOFS) on Dec-31-2009. Additional fixes/patches will not be developed after EOFS date. And these software versions will reach their End of Service & Support date (EOS) on Jun-30-2010. Service calls for these software versions that are submitted after EOS date will be regrettably declined by Huawei. The term of service in new service contract for these software versions will not exceed EOS date. However, currently opened service issues will continue to be analyzed, diagnosed till resolved. Meanwhile, FAQ and fixes/patches for known problems will continue to be available for your browsing and downloading for another year, from the date of EOS.

Huawei would like to advise that you upgrade your products to the newer software version or adopt the newer product model in order to continue and enjoy Huawei's high level service. Attached are recommended software versions that are still supported by Huawei, and product models recommended for your adoption.
