Jobs Are Part of the Company's Commitment to Further Improve the Customer Experience
HAMPTON, Va., -- Despite the tough economic conditions that face U.S. workers, Sprint (NYSE:S) announced that it is looking for a few good men and women on an ongoing basis to fill customer service and sales positions at its Hampton Contact Center this year.
The new positions will be added to the 700 employees working at the contact center today. The new hires will be offered competitive salaries and benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k), performance bonuses, flexible schedules and participation in the employee wireless phone program.
"We're looking for passionate, confident and committed individuals who will provide a great customer experience for Sprint customers and resolve customer issues in one call," said Gayle Chong, general manager of the Hampton Contact Center. "We are exceptionally pleased with the array of talented and qualified working professionals in the Peninsula who are joining our team. We believe they'll be challenged by these rewarding positions as it affords them an opportunity to showcase their communication, technical and analytical skills."
