Bluetooth™ Remote Control tool supports more phones
Seven recently announced Sony Ericsson phones are added to the Bluetooth™ Remote Control tool, with version 4.01 now available for download in Windows and OS X formats and in both English and Chinese.
More phones supported
The Bluetooth Remote Control tool enables you to use your Sony Ericsson Bluetooth-enabled phone to remotely control your computer keyboard and mouse functions.
Version 4.01 of the tool sees the list of supported phones expand to include the recently announced C510, C901, C903, T707, W508, W715 and W995.
New look and new functionality
The tool is a computer-based application allowing you to create new configurations, edit existing configurations and save configuration files to be installed on the phone.
In November 2008, version 4.0 was unveiled with a new UI and new features including illustrative icons to indicate phone keypad to computer keyboard mapping and an automated update channel using RSS.
