Iii developed a hybrid netbuk
Taiwan Institute for Information Industry (iii) presented at the 2009 Computex curious device. It is based on the netbuka HP Mini 1000 series. At the same Intel Atom processor has been replaced by the VIA C7-M power 1.6 GHz, but instead used the display unit with touch panel.
This unit has its own ARM-Samsung processor with clock frequency of 533 MHz and runs under OS Android. Separated from the netbuka block the display turns into an electronic tablet that supports wireless connections and all standard applications OS Android. The base of the works under OS Windows XP, which allows greater opportunities to realize netbuka.
Shown at the sample - the prototype, now iii is negotiating the possibility of commercial use development.
