The cost of outgoing calls to any phone «MTS Russia» and all incoming calls:
• One minute - 33 rubles;
• the second and each subsequent - 3 rubles.
To take advantage of the proposal, you need to connect special service «Tourist», which takes effect from its connection. Fee - 150 rubles; fee is absent. The service connects a period of 14 days from 20 June to 30 September 2009.
Connect service «Tourist» can be a variety of ways:

• Send SMS 2158 to number 111;
