MID for Intel Moorestown from Inventec, CCI, EB, Quanta and Aava Mobile
At Computex the company Intel showed a presentation with a brief description of pre-Now mobile internet devices based on the new platform Moorestown. It is built on 45 nm processors and focuses specifically on the model class of MID, the platform is a long time of autonomous work without the need to recharge the battery. Work on the Intel Moorestown will be completed in 2010, shortly after the go and mobile Internet devices based on it. Among the solutions presented at the presentation - model Inventec, CCI, EB, Quanta and Aava Mobile. All of them are running an operating system Moblin 2.

• CCI Compact Handheld - with a single 3-inch touch screen to access the internet and telephony
• EB MID Reference - 4-inch multimedia device in a thin shell with a touch screen with support for tactile feedback (Haptic)
• MID Inventec X3 - 5-inch display, the main functions - multimedia and navigation
• Quanta M1 - the display with a diagonal of 4.3 inch, retractable keyboard, the device for navigation and entertainment
• Aava Mobile - 4-inch display, 3G support, and messaging
