AT&T to Provide Wireless Applications to Triboro Maintenance

AT&T* is helping New York-based real estate developer Triboro Maintenance, a subsidiary of PRC Management, as part of its efforts to increase employee productivity, streamline day-to-day processes and improve customer relations with AT&T wireless solutions.

Under a new contract, AT&T will provide Triboro with 125 mobile devices to help facilitate greater connectivity and enhance communications for employees on job sites visiting tenants, conducting repairs and completing general work orders. Using AT&T Push-To-Talk functionality, Triboro employees will be able to more quickly connect with colleagues on their mobile devices within their controlled network and conduct conference calls with up to 30 users at one time.

Triboro’s AT&T mobile devices will also feature Xora GPS TimeTrack from AT&T, a location-based services application that will allow them to track the locations and activities of mobile employees in real-time to help ensure optimal efficiencies on job sites. The system will also enable Triboro to dispatch and complete work orders electronically through the AT&T mobile devices, which will help to increase employee productivity and minimize the paperwork currently required for each transaction. In addition, Triboro will use the system for end-to-end monitoring of work orders in real-time, including the ability to send status updates to customers for improved service.

“Effectively serving and satisfying our customers is our number one priority, and we always welcome solutions that help us further ensure their needs are met,” said Joel Sklar, vice president of Triboro Maintenance. “AT&T’s wireless solutions are helping us serve more tenants every day, transition quickly between jobs, and maximize our time and productivity on site, making this an all-around enhancement to our daily performance and customers’ experience.”
