GVI Security Solutions Appoints Brian Leland Vice President, Solution Sales
CARROLLTON, Texas -- GVI Security Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GVSS), a leading provider of video security surveillance solutions featuring the complete Samsung Electronics line of products, today announced the appointment of Brian Leland to the newly established position of Vice President, Solution Sales.
In this position, Mr. Leland will be responsible for creating incremental demand and driving sales growth for Samsung Electronics and GVI video solutions. Prior to joining GVI, Brian built the national integrator sales team at GE Security which focused on the top national security providers in the US. His team successfully grew GE Security's market share by focusing on select national integration partners.
"In addition to his outstanding track record in security hardware, Brian also has extensive experience with launching and supporting software solutions including enterprise level applications into new markets," said GVI Chief Operating Officer/CFO Joseph Restivo. Mr. Leland earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communications from Concordia College.
