HTC revenues up nearly 5% sequentially in August 2009

HTC (High Tech Computer) has posted revenues of NT$11.35 billion (US$344.98 million) for August 2009, up 4.8% sequentially but down 10.7% on year.

For the first eight months of 2009, revenues reached NT$91.97 billion, edging up 0.6% from a year earlier, said the company.

The combined revenues of NT$22.18 billion for July and August accounted for 65.2% of the company's low-end revenue target of NT$34 billion for the third quarter of this year, the data revealed.
