Named the official release date and price of Internet Tablet Archos 9

The Archos at IDF Conference 2009 officially announced date of commencement of sales of ultra computer Archos 9 PCtablet. Earlier unofficially reported that in Britain it will be available later this month, but in reality will only release on October 22. A pleasant surprise was named the recommended price - $ 499. This is much less than 450 pounds (about $ 735), referred to in the rumors, and 705 dollars, said an official announcement.

The device will be available in two colors - black and white. In the specifications Archos 9 PCtablet appear on 9-inch resistive touch screen with a resolution 1024h600 pixels, Intel Atom Z510 processor with a clock speed of 1.1 GHz, 1 GB of RAM and 60 GB hard drive (previously reported models with 80, 120 and 160 GB ). Working model will be running Windows 7 Starter, and the battery will provide up to 4 hours. Weight Internet tablet will be 800 grams.
