The world's first mobile controller display with built-in support for touch panels
Samsung Electronics Company announced, as she claims, the world's first single-chip solution that combines a mobile display driver interface with support for touch screen panels, which uses a proprietary technology company called Touch Embedded DDI. This single-chip solution, with the words of company, industry demand for simplified system design, allowing the use of thin form-factors in the design of mobile devices. The first devices to be installed in these chips will be mobile phones, portable media players and MP3 player.

It says Samsung, as compared to control resistive technology touch screens, capacitive technology allows for more advanced functionality in the devices, including soft-touch (a touch) and multi-touch (multiple touch) with higher performance and having high optical transparency and the term service.
