Failure of service for smartphones Danger Sidekick facing a complete loss of personal data

Microsoft and Danger, based in its ownership, a whole week can not possibly work to establish service for smartphones Sidekick. It does not work online store applications, as well as no access to personal information of users: contacts, calendar and so on. Sidekick sold at the operator T-Mobile, and now on his forum, it was reported that the data stored on the service, may be lost completely. To prevent this, users are advised not to switch off and restart their devices until the job service is restored. Otherwise, they risk no longer see your contacts and calendar.

Microsoft and Danger, in turn, did not disclose the reasons for failure of service. They have week working to resolve this problem, but so far failed to do so. Company promised to tell about the current status on October 12. Meanwhile, subscribers of T-Mobile, tired of waiting for the restoration of service, can simply withdraw from the operator, although he had already promised them compensation.

  2. I never liked the Sidekick anyway, I was always a Blackberry owner...very faithful...like the rest of the world.

  3. Don't they even care for what they are doing? What they do when testing the product? Nothing can compensate the loss of data.
