Turkcell launched the transfer of data in 3G-network
Leading provider of communications services in Turkey - Turkcell company launched a combined solution that implements a flexible charging system for mobile networks GPRS. The combined solution from Cisco and Openet, a company, Turkcell fielded in June 2009, enables the integration of intelligent capabilities in the network and allows for analysis of packet in real time, as well as the calculation of tariffs and billing to individual customers for the use of mobile data. This solution helps Turkcell to provide customers with personalized mobile data services.
