A-DATA and SandForce Team will offer joint development of SSD solutions
Taiwanese company A-DATA Technology has announced the beginning of joint work on solid-state drives SSD with the company SandForce. Company A-DATA will be the main partner SandForce, where their collaboration will be to develop solid state disk SSD for professional workstations and servers. A-DATA plans to include in its product line drives SSD-based next-generation company SandForce.
Processors SandForce SF-1500 and SF-1200 will be built into the SSD drive in accordance with the requirements of both professional data storage systems, and individual PCs. The following year the company plans to focus on developing multi-purpose interface circuit and the technical and production solutions. At the moment products are the latest stage of testing. They will be presented at the upcoming 2010 International CES before their official release on the market, which, as promised in the companies, is not far off.
