AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) announced that the company’s first-quarter 2010 financial results will be released Wednesday, April 21, 2010. The company’s earnings release, Investor Briefing and related materials will be available on AT&T’s Web site at www.att.com/investor.relations by 8 a.m. ET.

At 10 a.m. ET the same day, AT&T will host a conference call to discuss the results. The company will broadcast a live webcast of the call at www.att.com/investor.relations, and the webcast will be available for replay at the same address.
