The Scalable Dimetra IP solution is distinctive in its scale, designed to deliver 24x7 seamless and reliable mission-critical communication solution across 6 million Sq. ft of built up and open spaces in the property. It also offers seamless integration with the PABX and IP systems of the integrated resort to offer ultimate control in professional communications.

The Motorola Scalable Dimetra IP switch solution deployed at Marina Bay Sands is an enhanced IP based TETRA solution that is highly flexible and scalable to integrate voice, messages, mobile applications and image transmission on a single network, quickly and securely. The solution offers outstanding features that assure investment protection. These include the TETRA Enhanced Data Service (TEDS) readiness of the system which adds longevity and makes it future ready. The solution also includes support for a wide range of well documented licensed Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), which enables seamless connectivity to other telecommunications networks and services or the integration with the local PABX, IP systems and operational IT application of the Integrated Resort. The system also enables remote software configuration downloads, thus doing away with the need for costly on-site migration and maintenance, also extending full control by the user.
The scalability feature while ensuring investment protection also offers flexibility in the way the solution is deployed. Multiple user segments at the Integrated Resort can use this communication system, across different operations in the property.
