The Academy was launched within Ericsson in November 2009, strengthening the skills of our 80,000 employees. We've seen the benefits, so now we’re opening it up to a wider audience: you.
Using online tutorials, technical snapshots and webinars, Ericsson Academy can help you get to grips with fast-changing technology and provide insights into how to manage competence in large organizations.
Our extensive portfolio of online and instructor-led training packages is available through the Academyand at our Education Centers around the world. You can also take advantage of our Learning Services offering to analyze your competence development needs, provide strategic advice and structure training to match your requirements.
