The fixed telephony MTS appeared in Lugansk
The operator of mobile connection company “MTS the Ukraine” declared about the beginning of the connection of service to the fixed telephony on the base of her own numerical capacity in Lugansk.
Let us recall that since the beginning of the year the service to the fixed telephony on the base of the numerical capacity of operator is accessible in Kiev, [Donetske], Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Kherson and Simferopol'. For the realization of service MTS in each of the enumerated cities integrated the self-capacitance of local numeration into the urban network of general use.
Service “urban number” assumes the connection ATS of client to the fixed network MTS along the digital channels. As a result subscriber obtains the range of urban numbers and the possibility to achieve from them local, [mezhdugorodnie] and international bells, and also to ring on the network of mobile operators.
