Dow Jones Indexes names Nokia as world's most sustainable technology company for second year in a row
Espoo, Finland - Nokia is the world's most sustainable technology company according to prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes Review 2010. Nokia was chosen as "Technology Supersector Leader" making it number one across the entire global technology sector for the second time in row.
The Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes are globally respected rankings based on a thorough analysis of corporate economic, environmental and social performance. Nokia scores high on all these dimensions. According to the index Nokia strengths are especially in the areas of customer relationship management, risk management, standards for suppliers, environmental policy and management system, labor practices, talent attraction and human capital development.
