Beeline expanded coverage 3G-network in Rostov region
Operator VimpelCom (TK Beeline) has launched the commercial operation of third generation mobile network in 14 cities in the Rostov region: Azov, Aksai, Bataisk, Belaya Kalitva, Gukovo, Donetsk, Zvereva, Kamensk-Shakhtinsk, Krasny Sulin, Millerovo, Novoshakhtinsk, proletarian Salsk and Tsimlyanskoe. 3G network deployed by Ericsson equipment and works in the standard UMTS.
The company has also significantly increased capacity and coverage of 3G network in 24 districts of the Rostov region - Bagaevskom, Veselovsky Egorlykskom, Kagalnitskom, Millerovskiy, October, Ust-Donetsk and other areas of the region.
Main predominantly mobile third-generation networks - high-speed Internet access via telephone or USB-modem. Today's mobile 3G-network of "Beeline" is available in most of the settlements south of the country. Until the end of 2011 3G coverage in all major cities in the region will reach 90%.
