HTC Ignite, Prime and the Pyramid: New Windows Phone 7-communicators and Android-smartphone
The company HTC, apparently preparing to release just three new mobile devices - their pictures appeared on the network. Two of them are running the operating system Windows Phone 7 - HTC Ignite and Prime.
The first of these models, judging from the picture, is a slim candy bar, similar to the HTC Mozart. The device will come in the middle of this year, among its features - 3.7-inch, and for some reason, the resistive touch screen with a resolution of 480x800 pixels, 800-MHz processor, 512 MB RAM and a 5-megapixel camera.
The second communicator HTC Prime has similar characteristics, it is not a candy bar and slider with QWERTY-keyboard.
And finally, the third device is called HTC Pyramid, it is built already on another OS - Android, moreover, the source refers to version 3.0 Honeycomb, although it is designed for tablets. Perhaps this is a mistake and will surely be known after the official announcement. For HTC Pyramid also has an image - a candy bar with a touchscreen but no keyboard. With regard to the characteristics of this model, it is equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen with high resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, 8-megapixel camera on the back side and 1.3-megapixel front camera. The smartphone is based on productive 1,2-GHz processor, and the amount of RAM it has is 768 MB. According to rumors, HTC Pyramid released in the U.S. operator T-Moible late in the second quarter.
