MTS Ukraine improves feedback from subscribers
The mobile operator MTS Ukraine has announced better feedback from people using SMS-notifications.
Now, MTS, has sent a request, a request or complaint to the Customer Care Center (CCC), will be informed of every stage of his question. To change the status of the request the subscriber can find out via SMS, which comes as soon as the judge, the crucial question of someone who has started a new stage to address the issue. In a similar way - by SMS - the operator will inform the caller to change the dates to address the issue.
The notifications are now used instead of transliterating Cyrillic, which will help to simplify readability. Furthermore, now as in the CCC, in the SMS-notifications using individual application to the subscriber's name.
