Uralsvyazinform stop trading their securities

Telecommunications operator Uralsvyazinform announced its plans to file a March 25, 2011 to the registration authority application for registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities ("Incorporation") to terminate its activities in connection with the accession to Rostelecom.

Completion date of accession will be the date of introduction of Incorporation on termination of Uralsvyazinform. Common and preferred stocks, and bonds Uralsvyazinform will be converted into ordinary shares and bonds of OJSC Rostelecom, respectively. Conversion will take place simultaneously with the introduction of Incorporation of information on the termination of Uralsvyazinform in connection with the accession to Rostelecom, which presumably is expected April 1, 2011.

The decision to establish on the basis of Rostelecom combined company by joining CenterTelecom, Sibirtelecom, Dalsvyaz, Uralsvyazinform, VolgaTelecom, NWT, UTK, and OAO "Dagsvyazinform" was adopted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC "Rostelecom" June 26, 2010 shareholders of the merged companies also voted for the reorganization of the summer of 2010 at its general meetings.
