Samsung announced on strengthening its market position in Europe through differentiated networking solutions for LTE

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. announced plans designed to strengthen its position in Europe after the successful launch of LTE networks in the U.S.. For these purposes, the company created a special organization under the name of Europe Network Office (ENO, «European office network technologies") to bring to market specialized networking solutions, as well as the capacity of human resources in the European region. The new organization will be the center of the 4G-Business Samsung Electronics in Europe and will, as the company claims, a powerful synergy of geographically dispersed regional offices. ENO organization will be located in the European headquarters of Samsung in London.

ENO plans to cooperate with European operators in finding the most effective methods of managing mobile data traffic. Samsung Electronics will offer solutions adapted to business plans and requirements of local operators, and implement performance tests. The plans ENO - also contribute to the spread of LTE in the European market.

Thanks to intelligent radio resource allocation, decision Samsung Smart LTE increases overall network capacity and improve coverage. This solution also provides high quality voice and data services in areas of dense urban areas and inside buildings, as well as in rural areas with few base stations.

In addition, Samsung introduced a base station that supports multiple standards: LTE, Mobile WiMAX, WCDMA, GSM and CDMA. This equipment, as the producer assures gives operators the opportunity to reduce costs and save time when transferring networks to new technologies.
