Samsung unveils program to support customers - VIP Service

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. unveiled a new program for the owners equipment Samsung - VIP Service. The main advantages of the new service are that the repair of equipment will be made within 48 hours after treatment, and for callers in the call-center will provide a special VIP-Service provides support and replacement fund.

The VIP Service extends only to the holders of the VIP-cards Samsung and only for products marked with a special icon VIP Service. Program term determined by the period of warranty on the product.
