ZiiLABS presented two processors for Android-devices

Nvidia Tegra processors 2 and Exynos came just two competitors from a company ZiiLABS. This company has introduced two models - the dual-core ZMS-20 and quad-ZMS-40. The first of these has takotvuyu frequency of 1,5 GHz and can play video with resolution up to 1080p, supports graphics OpenGL ES 2.0, including three-dimensional video, and is also compatible with standard memory DDR3. Relatively less information, quad, but they shake a figure - potentially clock speed can reach 6 GHz, while the number of supported cores - 100.

As for the CPU ZMS-20, then it is built on the architecture ARM Cortex-A9, supporting HDMI 1.4 and OpenCL. Will be issued with an appropriate platform and Android SDK. Both processors are optimized to work with Android Honeycomb and, accordingly, focused on Tablet devices, rather than smartphones. Dual-core version is already available in the form of test specimens, and mass production can be initiated this summer. Regarding plans to release a quad-ZMS-1940 nothing concrete has been reported.
