MTS-Ukraine subscribers useful to share with SMS

The mobile operator "MTS Ukraine" announced the launch of an automated system to call-center employees after each subscriber to send useful information in the form of SMS.

Now, call the Contact Centre on 111, the subscriber, as the company claims, no longer need to stock up a pen and paper to write down the information voiced by the operator. A subscriber can receive answers to their questions, not only as a voice consultant, but in a text message with additional useful information: addresses of shops, teams, management services, order a batch of proposals for additional services and other SMS-answer provided the Cyrillic alphabet in the Ukrainian and Russian.

Automated system will provide answers to the subscriber, according to the operator, to avoid remembering and recording the information. In addition, retaining the resulting SMS, the subscriber can use this information in the future, which will eliminate the need for more and redial.
