MTS-Ukraine to choose the time of service at the store
The mobile operator "MTS Ukraine" has informed on summing up the "Line Quality" in the second quarter of 2011 and reported on progress in implementing the ideas and proposals of customers and employees.
As the operator, from April 1 to June 30, 2011 its experts "Line Quality" was treated with about two hundred hits. Of these, 41% of the requests received from subscribers, 59% - of employees of MTS. The greatest number of hits contained suggestions for the new and improved existing pavement GSM (32%) and CDMA (19%), as well as offers on services and tariffs (28%). Others dealt with the treatment of services and services company, service, financial issues, etc.
Thus, at the request of customers changes in the principle of electronic retail stores in the queue MTS. In particular, the Kyiv shop at st. Khreshchatyk, 15 legal entities able to choose the service time to 20:00.
There are currently more than half of all appeals have been closed, the rest are pending in the respective business units.
