Sony VAIO Z Series 2011 First Look
Justin got to check out the new 2011 VAIO Z Series Laptop at a recent Sony Event. This is the new 2011 version of the Sony VAIO Z featuring the latest Intel processors and a really cool external graphics card and dock combo. The rest of the specs are as follows.
Body: 16.65mm thick, 1.18 kgs.
Graphics: Internal -- Intel HD3000 (Sandy Bridge), External -- AMD 6650M GPU
Processor: Intel Core i5, i7 (Sandy Bridge).
Storage: SSD.
Connectors: Light Peak (Thunderbolt), and USB 3.0 on dock, HDMI, USB 2.0.
Display: 13.3-inch, up to 1600×900 resolution
Battery: Internal -- 7 hours, External -- +6 hours.
The Sony VAIO Z Series laptops will be available in Singapore at the end on July. The price range was still unavailable at the time of this post.
