“Instead, you get an app called ZumoCast, which lets you access remote files on your PC without having to upload or sync your files. You can access everything from PowerPoint files to your iTunes playlists on your Bionic. Even though the Droid Bionic has plenty of storage (1GB of RAM, 16GB of on-board memory, and a preinstalled 16GB MicroSD card), I find it nice to be able to access videos, documents, photos, and other media files without having to download them to the device or upload them to a cloud service.”

“Thanks to the bundled ZumoCast app, you can access documents, photos, music, and videos from your PC right on the Droid Bionic. All we needed to do was sign up for an account online, download the PC software, and then sign in on the phone. From there we could stream all of our stuff over the air. Granted, your PC needs to be on, but ZumoCast worked well. We started streaming our MP3s in less than 10 seconds. Plus, Motorola says that ZumoCast support iTunes playlists.”

“First, it has ZumoCast, which is a file-access program for consumers that allows people to reach through Verizon's 3G/4G network and stream/access music, video, and picture files on their desktop back home (not to mention Word documents, spreadsheets, and the like). In other words, the Droid Bionic's storage is only limited by the size of your hard drive at home.”
