Samsung and Apple to agree to the Australian court before the end of October?

Samsung has made a certain proposal, which would have solved the patent dispute in Australia, which deals with copyright infringement on the technology used in touch screen devices. Samsung's lawyer, David Katterns (David Catterns) did not specify what kind of proposals submitted for consideration, but an Apple representative, Stephen Berkeley (Steven Burley) has said that his company will take some time to evaluate them. If Apple will offer from Samsung, it will remove the last obstacles in the way of the sale tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia. Initially it was assumed that the parties can now finally resolve their dispute, but now it happens a little later. It is assumed that a decision on the infringement of patent rights by Samsung will be made after October 4 (in Australia this weekend). The judge urged both sides not to delay the debate and come to a mutually beneficial solution, at least before the last week of October. With such terms already agreed to by Apple.
