Operator MegaFon has announced a deal to acquire 100% of "Nakhodka Telecom." According to Sergei Soldatenkov, General Director of OJSC "MegaFon", with this acquisition, the company strengthens its position in Primorye in the market of telecommunication services for corporate, government and municipal clients. Moreover, "MegaFon" gets out to the mass market fixed broadband in Nakhodka and Vladivostok - the key cities of the Far East. Sales of "Nakhodka Telecom" for the first 9 months of 2011 amounted to 92.9 million rubles. The operator has no debt. "Nakhodka Telecom" - an alternative telecom operator, working in the cities of Primorye Territory in 1991. The company provides services for Internet access, leased lines, local, long distance and international telephony, satellite communication Inmarsat. The company also owns two 34-Mbps radio-relay communication lines Nakhodka Vladivostok and leases them.
