Panasonic TOUGHPAD FZ-A1: a secure Android tablet

The Japanese company Panasonic has announced a new Tablet PC model for the corporate market - TOUGHPAD FZ-A1, running an operating system Android 3.2 and that has increased protection against external influences.

This new product will be produced as is the case with built-in 3G module, and without it.

The manufacturer emphasizes the presence in TOUGHPAD FZ-A1 such features:

10.1-inch LCD display with high brightness (500 cd / m ²), anti-reflective coating, allowing the full use of the tablet in the open air on a sunny day. Automatic and manual modes adjust brightness.
Rigid body construction with protection against shock, vibration, dust and water, compliant with IP65.
Built-in security and encryption compliant with FIPS 140-2 (Federal Information Processing Standard).
Meets the standards for electromagnetic compatibility for key markets, including Japan, Europe and the USA.
