Sony Ericsson is preparing a new dual-core smartphone Nypon

The company ST-Ericsson has posted several videos that demonstrate how to test its new processor NovaThor U8500. This efficient chip includes two 1GHz ARM Cortex A9 core and graphics ARM Mali-400 MP. The video shows a test pattern based on this chip, running the new operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
