Stylish wireless charger from LG

LG Electronics has introduced at Mobile World Congress 2012 a new advanced wireless charger WCD-800. It is made in the form of the base on which to install the smart phone in 2 positions: vertically, so that while it is charging, you can make video calls and send text messages, or horizontally to watch TV programs and movies in HD-quality.

The new charger is no need to connect the LG cable for charging the smartphone, which is very comfortable. Charging the WCD-800 is accomplished by installing a simple smartphone cradle width 75.8 mm. Compared with the previous wireless charger LG, WCP-700 charging zone was twice as much.

Working with the use of electromagnetic induction, WCD-800 uses electrical currents generated by the magnetic field coils, located under the battery charger. The manufacturer certifies that his charger WCD-800 demonstrates the same effectiveness and efficiency as a conventional charger with cable, and compatible with all devices supporting the international standard for wireless transmission of energy Wireless Power Consortium (WPC).

In the first half of this year, WCD-800 will be available first in Korea and later in North America.
