Tele2 has successfully completed testing of the LTE network of 1800 MHz

The operator Tele2 announced the successful completion of testing its network LTE standard in the range of 1800 MHz. The studies were conducted in accordance with the methodology of the Radio Research Institute (NIIR). The tests in the test areas are located in Omsk and Pskov began March 13, 2012. For research was established network infrastructure LTE, a supplier of equipment for which was the company Nokia Siemens Networks. In particular, measurements were carried out quality work in a peak in an urban area, where the highest concentration of subscribers. The test results confirm that the quality of services in the GSM network has not decreased, and the speed of data transmission in mobile LTE network reached 75 megabits per second. A detailed report on the results of testing of LTE in the range of 1800 MHz will be drawn up by experts Radio Research Institute and submitted to the State Commission for Radio Frequencies (SCRF).
