MTS is preparing an updated tariff ULTRA

In the near future, the Russian operator MTS offers its users a new rate plan with unlimited Internet ULTRA throughout Russia. On May 5, 2012 the current tariff ULTRA ULTRA will be renamed in 2011 and closed the connection. Clients connecting to this tariff plan before that date can continue to enjoy its benefits on the same terms.
