MTS Ukraine will develop new formats for service in the stores based on customer feedback

The mobile operator "MTS Ukraine" has announced the launch of a major program to extend service to the MTS stores all over Ukraine.

From July 20 to September 1, MTS offers all visitors a number of branded showrooms of the company to take part in the development of new formats of service.

Now every user can write a review about the salon visit the store brand MTS. This is why a specialist company, after a visit to a subscriber to the store, called him back with a proposal to evaluate the service in the store and make their wishes. Each assessment and feedback will be carefully considered experts, and based on the wishes of customers to introduce new service formats.
