Android Open Kang Project

Build 3 is up for maguro/toro over on goo.im and androtransfer.com - other builds compiling!  Changelog shortly!  Some new devices are joining our family - Added: crespo4g, i9100, i9100g, i9300, and toroplus! Dropped for now due to no maintainer: wingray/stingray. Sorry guys!
